Danielle and Kathy's intimate wedding on St. Thomas inspired their beach-themed invitation suite. Each invitation was mailed in a box with a sand dollar attached.

We used a laid back script font for their names and titles and highlighted important details with tropic blue ink. An all-caps serif font was used to to pull together all of the various parts. The pieces were printed by letterpress.

Because they were hosting a destination wedding, Danielle and Kathy planned a variety of activities for their guests. An itinerary for the week was included on a details card, and corresponding icons on the response card allowed guests to reserve their spot for each activity.

With the response card, the couple included two additional pieces. Cards designed as a cassette tape and as a stemless wine glass allowed guests to request a special song and a drink for the reception.

Danielle and Kathy’s wedding venue on St. Thomas was hit by Hurricane Maria. Fortunately their venue was able to recover to host an intimate gathering of their closest family and friends.
